Ring, Wrist and Necklace Size - Complete Size Guide

Vedder Diamonds — Size Guide

A perfect fit is essential for comfort and to let your diamonds shine. This guide explains how to measure correctly for rings, bracelets, and tennis necklace lengths.

Ring Size Guide

The Golden Rule

For the most accurate measurement, use a professional ring sizer (€11.95). It’s a small investment that prevents mistakes and will serve you for years.

How to Measure at Home

  • Existing ring (most accurate): measure the inner diameter in millimeters — that number is your EU size (diameter-based).
  • Paper strip or string: wrap snugly around the base of your finger, mark the overlap, measure the length in mm (circumference), then match it in the conversion table.

Bracelet Size Guide

Wrist Size ≠ Bracelet Size

Your bracelet must be slightly larger than your wrist circumference for comfort.

How to Measure

  • Tape measure: wrap just above the wrist bone, snug but not tight.
  • String/paper: wrap, mark, measure with a ruler.
  • Existing bracelet: measure end-to-end (including clasp).

Tennis Necklace Lengths

Our tennis necklaces are available from 38 cm to 45 cm. The “right” length is personal preference: shorter (38–40 cm) sits higher and feels bolder; longer (42–45 cm) gives a classic drape.

How to Choose Your Length

  • Use a string, ribbon, or soft tape. Wrap it around your neck to the desired drop.
  • Mark where it meets, then measure the length — that’s your ideal necklace size.
  • Try with your usual neckline (tee, blouse, dress) to see the look you prefer.

Smart Sizing Tips

  • Measure in the afternoon/evening (fingers and wrists are largest).
  • Avoid measuring when cold, hot, or right after exercise.
  • Fingers on your dominant hand can be slightly larger.
  • Rings must pass knuckles comfortably.
  • Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
